Returns + Exchanges
- Please email email@example.com BEFORE returning the product.
- We only accept returns that have been stamped within 30 business days since your package was dispatched from our headquarters. Please note that items returned after 30 days of our shipment will not be eligible for a return.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned package arrives to our offices. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
- Any defective item will be exchanged at no shipping cost for the buyer.
- We are not responsible for variations in color due to computer colour settings.
- Customers are responsible for all return charges, including shipping, duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.
- For your protection, we suggest that all returns are sent back to us with a traceable carrier emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
